When the US was a civilized country, no one, no matter what they believed, would ever, never-ever think of speaking or writing about killing the president unless they were crazy. Nixon was an unethical jerk who was asked to resign by members of his own party but no Democrat wished him killed. Killed is final. Killed is not what thinking people do to their opponents. Killed is Lord of the Flies not the Declaration of Independence. Killed is what small, backwards countries do instead of elections.
