I'm confused. Abortion is wrong but this is okay.....?

I would never condone this treatment of children, and I would never condone abortion except in serious cirstances, such as the mother may die, the life of the mother should be put above that of the child, though only slightly, and if she wants to have the baby, nobody should be able to stop her.
