Sign up for the colleges you currently think you might go to. You can always pay to have your results sent to another one if you change your mind later. The results will automatically be sent to the colleges, you don't get to decide when. They will keep them on file and when you apply, they will have them to look at. They will take the top score, so don't worry that you might be sending a low score-they won't hold that against you.
