I can't figure this out in The Sims 2....HELP ME PLEASE!?

I've played alot of Sims but I don't think I've ever seen that one happen during gameplay... however, I noticed that the youtube video creator said they would respond to the comments, so try posting a comment on that video and maybe they will tell you.
