Have you done the Atkins diet?? if so whats the maximum carbs you have got up to?

When your glycogen levels are so depleted since you haven't ate carbs in weeks, I've eaten 80+ carbs in one meal after exercise and still have been in ketosis since your muscles take the glycogen for later use, but 30 is the maximum I think the diet allows, I wouldn't go over 20
