Whats wrong with my dirtbike?

my dirtbikes been sitting for the last 4 months and it was running perfectly before we stored it and we didnt store it in an improper facility but i went to kick it today and the kick starter wont move and i cant figure out the problem. if someone could make some sense of this thatd be great
