Why won't he txt me back? did I do something wrong? to straightforward? HELP PLZZ!?

ok, so i was txting everybdy in my contacts my usual wats up, and a guy i used to like during the school year, lets call him c, txted back and we got into a convo about what we were doing and wat we thought about switching schools(we are both going to the same new school) and he asked me wat i was doing later and i said i was boerd so i was going to walk to the park about three blocks down cause i was boerd.then i asked him if he wanted to come to, he said he had a dentist appointment and i'm like sure you do.finally he convinced me and i told him to meet me at the park tomorrow to prove he wasnt avoiding me and he said sure with a smile and we set up the time.then he stopped txting me , but txted me apologies saying he was getting his teeth cleaned and his sister was next and we got back into talking.then he said his friend was coming to the park.then he asked me why he was going to the park, and i said, to hangout what else? he sent a smiley then sent the time we had planed and i said yep,he said kk,i said kk good. then he stopped txting me completly, not at all the next day so the park thing didnt happen.and the day after we were supposed to be at the park i sent him wats up and he WON'T ANWSER EVER! i know its long and there are a bunch exactly like it and i proably sound pathetic but please help me! i really want us to work next year because i like him still!
