My stomach been growling when i'm not hungry and been having g and been having diarrhea.?

a couple weeks kno i have been sitting and then all of a sudden my stomach has been growling even when i am eating food and when i finish my food. when i'm not even hungry. then a couple minutes later i start farting. then i have to go poop. does anyone kno whats going onn? by any chance.
