Chest pains while jumping on a trampoline?

Alright im davonte and im 14 years old. me and my friends love jumping on my tramp(trampoline's nickname) and we all do frontflips and stuff like that. but for the past couple days now i have had these wierd chest pains like right were my heart is. and it kinda hurts everytime i go up. whats the problem here?
