I've been having painful burning, itching, swelling and irriattion of my .?

Since Feb. 09 I have had severe itching, burning, and sometimes swelling of my labia majora. I have seen a gyno twice. First I was treated for a yeast infection and was given a cream to insert and a cream for the labia minora. The second time I was cleaned with iodine and given the same cream for the labia minora. I seem to have the same ongoing problem. I cannot have with my husband because it is too painful. Sometimes when I wash it burns(I am using hypoallergenic soap). I only wear cotton panties. I do not wear tight jeans. I do not douche. I have switched laundry detergent. I wipe from front to back and sometimes use hypoallergenic baby wipes. I can't figure out what is going on. Can anyone help me?
