Im 4mths preg&fostering pitbull.When we play he gets little rough.Im worried bout the baby.?

he is good dog but how do i handle this? im not quite sold on keeping him yet. idk what to do. My family freaking out cause the bad rap that comes with pit bulls. i like him but im worried he might be too much for small child and what if he gets jealous of the baby? ugg! Help!
