How can I get dog urine off of an ultra-suede cushion?

I have an older mini-daschund rescue who has bladder problems. I just found a spot on the couch where she apparently peed on a sheet, and it can now be smelled on the ultra suede cushion underneath. I unzipped it, and I can smell it even inside. I sprayed some febreze on the inside foam, but I don't know what to do with the ultra suede cover. I have read not to remove and wash it, and I am panicking now. Does anyone know how to safely wash the urine out of this cover?
