How to get rid of "armpit flab"?

For the arm pits, take your right arm and stretch it up over your head as far to the left as you can get, hold and do short reps at least ten times. Do the same with your left arm. It's like doing side bends for your hips or love handles. You can also hold a can of fruit or can food in each hand. Arms are straight at your sides. Lift them up and hold them straight out from your sides. Hold until your arms began to quiver. Let them back down to the sides and then repeat the procedure as much as you can. Each day it will be easier and those arm pit flab's will strengthen as will the backside doing this same exercise. Even doing push ups will strengthen both areas. Do these exercises at least twice a day. Wishing you the very best young lady and good luck.
