Hey ladies think i got my bfp need help?

i did a home test and got a faint line just at the 2min mark it was there my friend at work saw it to tho u cld see it better in when holding it at the window , whats the chances of it being so real and not a false positive? im so nervous tho i do feel as if im going see af as im cramping alot , and just really tired at work , what are my chances of being preg , thanks in advance for any answers baby dust to u all xx
