Why will AF not COME!?

Okay, I am super frustrated with mother nature right now! I am on cycle day 43! No period, but also no BFP! Ughhh...What does a girl have to do around here to get a baby? lol I am at the point where I am over the fact that I am not pregnant this month. I just want AF to start so I can keep trying. My periods have been very irregular after I had my last baby in 2009. My husband and I have been TTC for 13 months now. I have a Dr.'s apt. on the 24th to do an u/s on my ovaries and uterus to see what is going on. I asked why they couldn't give me that medicine that makes you start your period and I was told "NO! Not if you are trying to have a baby!" Not sure what that is all about...Well I don't have a real question in here, just venting my anger with AF. Anyone else waiting on AF to start?
