Pain after household chores?

Hi i did some hoovering and dusting yesterday for about 2 hours after that my back really hurt and the bone down my cheeks.. like the feeling you have when you think you're getting the flu..(achy bones) when i was lying down to sleep already after around 4 hours after the chore my baby started kicking and i really had bad pain in the lower left side of my belly... has anyone experienced this?
