I am planing on getting married in Feb 08 but on a budget, anyone knw a place to have a reception?

we want to have nice wedding . do you any banquet rooms in the inland empire? we want about 120 guest ? dont want to spend more than 4500.00 on room including food if possible. i know im asking a lot. i need help. any suggestion will help me. thanks
