Help with a ROAST!!!!!?

I know that u can fix a roast in a crock pot and in the oven and I know how to fix it. But I need different ways to fix it other then the way that I do it. I put water seasoning mix carrots,onions,potatoes in the crock pot,I think that's it. So u see I need different ways to fix it like for ex. like on the grill. So if u don't mind please take a lil time to help me out. Thanks a lot for your time and recipes.
