DO you think its more relaxing and liberating to not think so much and just "BE"/"DO"?

sometimes we get so caught up in our head and spend too much time thinking instead of just "being" thought, or to think is good i believe, only when its time to make a logical descion on something. but im learning personally, that its not health to get caught up in thought too much, or being over ytical. Instead I just "BE" I hope this makes sense. I want to know how you feel about this
