Did the Bush tax cuts effect school athletics/recess, thus causing health problems?

No the tax cuts had no effect on schools. The funding for public schools is a State responsibility. They did not cause a "trillion dollar deficit". Matter of fact the cuts amount to 2.5% of 30 trillion dollars. That is the amount collected in taxes over a 10 year period of time. It cracked me up to hear libs acting like such a small amount would wreck the government. The same people like to say we had a budget surplus.
