Can truck with a bent frame be retitled in NH?

Thinking of buying a dakota rt in nh and has a rebuilt title cuz it was t-boned on the right side. I was told that if the frame is bent then the car couldn't get retitled in NH. Not sure if that is tru as the seller is the one who told me so I'm not sure if he's just trying to sell it and will say anything. Its a really nice truck and I want it but wanna know if its worth it. It's got 80K miles and a flowmaster exhaust and a viper style hood and black rims. Asking price is 2500. What should I do?
