Can she just kick me out? A roomate with special needs.?

I have an issue. My roomate and I have been living together for a year. She is renter and her name is on the lease, however the landlord knows that I am living here and paying her for occupancy. At first we split the rent, I was paying 450 a month she was paying 400 and the cable. Essentially stuff was alright until I got a new boyfriend and her jealousy consumed her and she has started to cause trouble for me at my place of employment and at home. She served me eviction papers today for april 27, telling me I needed to be out in three days. Is that legal? I have been paying her $350 for the last few months because my room is smaller and she agreed that it wasnt fair for me to pay half when I wasnt using half of the apartment. That was nice buy what makes it worse is she collects social security income as well as works because she has a "mental disability" she has not claimed my collective income to her social security case worker, and essentially has been making income from me and not paying taxes on them. Her "job coach" which is a person who helps her at work, also came to our home today to have a meeting with me regarding her concern over our situation, which I was polite and she exploded on me for voicing my concerns about my roomates mental state as of late. She cries all the time, and when she found out my boyfriend and I were looking to live together she said she wanted to be happy for me but also wanted to kill me and hide my body in the basement so I couldnt leave her. Her job coach laughed like nothing was wrong with that statement and then continued to threaten me and say she was going to have the management at my job get involved if I continued to talk to my coworkers about how me and her were having differences. She blatanlty insulted me, and I then wrote a note saying if I told anyone about this meeting she would tell my boss I was gossiping about her client aka my roomate. What the hell should I do? I want to move out anyway but what rights do I have and what should I do about her collecting income on me and not claiming it, I am pretty sure thats not legal and I do not think its right she collects social security and works a job and has me paying her extra without claiming it. Advice please :D
